The state Cabinet, which met here today under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed, discussed the Rs 80,068-crore reconstruction plan announced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his November 7 visit to J&K. The plan covers sectors like humanitarian relief, crisis management, social infrastructure, development projects and economic infrastructure. It lays thrust on employment and income generation and providing relief and rehabilitation to the victims of last year’s flood.
