The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has attached 16 properties of IAS and JKAS officers allegedly involved in the infamous arms license case. The attached properties are worth Rs 4.69 crore. The case is being investigated under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002, registered in 2020 against several serving as well as retired bureaucrats, officials, several arms dealers, and brokers of J&K.
