The Swachh Bharat Mission has failed to achieve targets in the state as the agencies concerned have no waste management plan for Jammu city. Four civilians were injured on Sunday in unprovoked firing and shelling by Pakistan troops on the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir`s Poonch district, officials said. As a precautionary measure ahead of the verdict on self-styled godman Baba Ram Rahim, the Railways this morning cancelled all 18 trains originating from Katra, Udhampur and Jammu Tawi.
