Nine CRPF Personnel Injured as Vehicle Rolls Down in Sindh, Ganderbal

At least nine CRPF personnel were injured after their vehicle they were travelling in rolled down in Nallah Sindh on Sunday officials said. They told news agency Kashmir scroll that today early morning an accident took place near Nilgrar helipad when a veh van bearing regd No HR36AB/3110 boarding with 08/09 crpf personals rolled down in river Sindh, In the incident all of them received injuries and have been brought to base camp hospital Baltal for treatment, they said. Further proceedings in this regard have been taken up.

Three Non-locals Labourers were injured after suspected militants fired upon them in Gagran area of South Kashmir’s Shopian district on Thursday evening. A top police officer told that militants this evening fired upon three non-locals in Gagran area. All three were immediately shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment. The Supreme Court on Tuesday directed a day-to-day hearing of a clutch of petitions relating to the abrogation of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir from August 2. The hearing of pleas will be on the day-to-day basis except for Monday and Friday, said the court. An earthquake of magnitude 4.9 hit Jammu and Kashmir’s Doda district early on Monday, the National Centre for Seismology said. The quake occurred at 5.38 am. There are no immediate reports of any damage, officials said. The epicentre was 10 km below the surface of the earth in Doda region.
