The Covid-19 pandemic curve has got steeper in Jammu and Kashmir since the UT administration began ending the lockdown on June 8 as over 72 percent of the nearly 15,000 positive cases have been recorded for the period. Five fresh deaths, all from Kashmir Valley, were reported during the past 24 hours in Jammu and Kashmir (J&K), taking the coronavirus toll to 236 in the Union Territory.
