Migratory birds have starting arriving at the Gharana wetland in the RS Pura sector. It becomes habitat for the birds from Siberia and Central Asia during the winter months. Union Defence Ministry has disclosed that there are security restrictions on construction activities around 149 defence establishments/installations in Jammu and Kashmir, official documents in possession of Kashmir Post reveal.
