Yashwant Sinha led group that visited Kashmir Valley for three days will submit a detailed report to the Home Ministry, Wajahat Habibullah told local news gatherer CNS.

We all felt sad and after every interaction with the people of different shades we felt the pain and agony of the Kashmiri people,” Habibullah said. “Positive part of our visit was that people welcomed us with open arms and expressed their view point’s freely.”
“We including Yashwant Sinha have decided to submit a detailed report of our visit to the Home Ministry of India. The report will get completed in four days and in fact Yashwant Sinha will himself head the delegates and will present the report before Home Ministry. We will in fact meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi and will apprise him about prevailing Kashmir situation,” Habibullah said.
Habibullah said that they have already talked to J&K Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti. “We will certainly suggest Government of India to take measures towards the resolution of Kashmir issue. There is a need to heal the wounds of Kashmiri people. They have been facing hardships. The arrest spree, killings, maiming and blinding of people and night raids are the things, that really disconnect Kashmir with the rest of India,” he said.
“Kashmir is lava that erupts frequently. A proper way should be find out to address this issue,” he said.
