Hundreds of women held a freedom rally at Sopore in north Kashmir on Tuesday on the call of joint Hurriyat leadership. Local sources told Kashmir Post that announcements were made soon after Zuhar prayers from mosque loudspeakers appealing women folk to come out of their homes and participate in the rally.
