Govt won’t allow Abhinavgupta Yatra: Akhtar

The government Thursday said it won’t allow any yatra proposed by a New Delhi based organization-Acharaya Abhinav Gupta Sheshadri Samroh Samiti – to a cave in Beerwah area of central Kashmir’s Budgam district. Government spokesman and minister for Education said no such yatra will be allowed. “No such yatra will be allowed. This has been already made clear by Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti and Deputy Chief Minster Nirmal Singh,” Akhtar said. The government today said it has received the Centre’s approval for establishing two All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), one each in Jammu and Kashmir divisions.
