The three-day Shivkhori Mela kicked-off at Ransoo on Sunday. The annual mela was inaugurated by Divisional Commissioner, Jammu, Dr Pawan Kotwal. Kotwal is also the chairman of Shri Shiv Khori Shrine Board (SSKSB).
