Four persons were killed when their vehicle skidded off the road and fell into a deep gorge near the Khelani area of Doda on the Batote-Kishtwar national highway. Ten major roads, covering a length of 2,264 kms, have been declared as National Highways, Jammu and Kashmir government said.
