Water level receding at Sangam, Static at Ram Munshibagh, Still above danger mark

The water level in Jhelum River including rivers and nullahs has started to recede though it was still above danger mark from Sangam in south to Ram Munshi bagh in central Kashmir. Chief Engineer (CE), Irrigation and Flood Control (I&FC) told Kashmir Post : “The water level at Sangam in south Kashmir has started receding since early Friday morning while there is no change at Ram Munshi Bagh in Srinagar.
