The Sonamarg-Zojila stretch of the strategic Srinagar-Leh highway will remain open till November 23 to clear all stranded vehicles. The road, which is the only surface link connecting Ladakh with the rest of the state through Kashmir, remains closed to traffic during winter due to accumulation of snow on the Sonamarg-Zojila stretch.
