The Meteorological Department today said a fresh spell of rain and snow was likely to occur across the Kashmir valley as two western disturbance systems were fast approaching the region. The department, in its morning forecast bulletin, said that fairly widespread to widespread rain and snow was likely to occur in the region on Saturday and Sunday.
