A complete shutdown is being observed on Wednesday across the Kashmir Valley against the killing of three youths at Pattan in Baramulla District. The shutdown is being called by Geelani group of Hurriyat conference and will be supported by all other separatist leaders. All shops, schools and government offices have been closed and public transport are effected due to the shutdown.
