Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi has said he would raise the problems of Kashmiri Pandit migrants in Parliament, according to a delegation that met him here. Representatives of Congress’ Migrant Cell, who met him last evening, complained to him that the Jammu and Kashmir government was “delaying” the implementation of Prime Minister’s employment package for displaced Kashmiri Pandit youth and sought his intervention.
