Accusing legislators from Jammu and Kashmir of “failing” to safeguard special status of the state, Jammu Kashmir People’s Alliance, a newly floated party held a sit-in at Press Enclave on Tuesday. Holding placards which criticised members of Legislative Assembly, Legislative Council and Members of Parliament from the state for “failing” to counter the proposed abrogation of Article 35-A, protesting members of JKPA also shouted pro-freedom slogans.
