The State government has banned the publication of newspapers in curfew-bound Valley, with newspaper owners/editors terming it as “Press Emergency”. After raiding the prominent newspaper offices to seize the copies, authorities have also banned the Cable TV. The operators were directed to snap the services early morning, sources said.
