All BJP ministers, MLAs and speaker J&K Assembly Kavinder Gupta have been summoned to New Delhi where they will be attending a meeting to be chaired by BJP president Amit Shah on September 25. It was learnt that the ministers will be informed about some important party decisions at the meeting. This has given rise to speculations about a change in party’s ministerial arrangement in J&K.
