Heightened militant movement in Bijbehara, Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed’s hometown, has been keeping security agencies on their toes for the last more than two months. At least four youths from Bijbehara town have joined militant ranks over the past few months, said Anantnag SSP Abdul Jabbar. They had been actively moving around the town over the past couple of months. The SSP said the movement of militants increased considerably at any place in case they had locals among their ranks.
