Kashmir issue can’t be resolved with bullets: Narendra Modi

Repeating the words used last year on Jammu and Kashmir, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday said Kashmir’s problems could be resolved only by embracing its people, not with bullets or abuses.
