India says no peace talks with Pakistan if Kashmir separatists involved

India will cancel planned peace talks with Pakistan if their top security adviser insists on meeting separatist leaders from the disputed Kashmir region, India’s foreign minister Sushma Swaraj told reporters Saturday.
