To check social evils in Kargil, District Police Kargil yesterday raided some dhabas at Kabbadi Nala and Byamathang and recovered 574 bottles of illicit liquor. The police was accompanied by Baseej-e-Imam (The volunteer youth organization of Imam Khomeini Memorial Trust) The accused persons namely Budha Bhadure, Dando Sharpa, Kumari Tamang, and Kanchi Tamang, residents of Nepal and Poshan Das from Kishtiwar, Jammu were arrested by police on spot.
