Cold wave conditions to prevail across Jammu & Kashmir

On Tuesday, plains in Kashmir received their first snowfall, three weeks after the high altitude regions. This week, parts of North India—in particular, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Jammu Kashmir—are likely to continue experiencing colder weather conditions.
