A complete shutdown is being observed in Chenab Valley to protest against a plea in the Supreme Court seeking abrogation of Article 35-A of the constitution. Joint Resistance Leadership has called for Kashmir Bandh to protest the “efforts” to abrogate Article 35-A which confers special rights on residents of Jammu and Kashmir.
