Twenty-six civilians have been killed this year so far, according to official figures. The latest data compiled by police reveals spurt in violence as compared to last two years. In 2015, 26 civilians have been killed from January to August 11 as compared to 29 civilian deaths in 12 months of 2014. In 2013, 15 civilians were killed.
