Two Lashkar-e-Toiba militants died in a 20-hour gunfight in Ratnipora village of South Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Tuesday, triggering massive protests and clashes in the area in which several people sustained injuries, police and locals said. The gunfight had started at 8 pm yesterday when militants attacked sumo vehicles, carrying army soldiers, between Nadoo and Bongaam Lajoora villages.
