Protests erupted in Jammu and Kashmir’s central district of Budgam on Thursday after the mutilated body of a 22-year-old man was found near his home in Peerbagh. At least one person was killed after a cloudburst struck in central Kashmir’s Budgam district this evening, official said. “The cloudburst has occurred in Chanz area near Doodhpatri tourist place in Budgam this evening.
