In a horrific act, a woman in Anantnag district of south Kashmir killed her two children before grievously injuring herself “to teach her husband a lesson”, police claimed on Thursday. According to a police statement, Ruqiya Begam took the extreme step on January 13 in Khatti Larnoo village of Kokernag. Five years after missing the first deadline, the Jammu and Kashmir Projects Construction Corporation (JKPCC) has managed to complete just one of the three blocks at the Anantnag District Hospital.
