The Jammu and Kashmir administration on Monday published on its website the list of beneficiaries under the Roshni Act. The beneficiaries include former State ministers, retired civil servants and politicians. The administration has closed the Mughal Road after fresh snowfall was reported in Shopian region while tourist spots of Gulmarg, Pahalgam and Sonmarg received fresh snowfall.
