Kashmir’s full integration with India impossible: Hurriyat (G)

“Integration of disputed state with rest of India is never possible. These measures are unacceptable and we will fight tooth and nail.”

Rejecting the claims of J&K’s integration with Indian Union Hurriyat Conference (G) Thursday said the remarks of Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, that implementation of GST in JK marks economic integration were false.
“Integration of disputed state with rest of India is never possible. These measures are unacceptable and we will fight tooth and nail”, Hurriyat (G) said in a statement.
Hurriyat alleged that Indian authorities on one hand are involved in continuous bloodshed and on the other, are employing services of NIA like agencies to muzzle genuine voices of pro-freedom people in state.
Criticizing the application of GST in the state, Hurriyat said that both GST and NIA were forced with muscle & might.
Hurriyat said that the business fraternity were badly affected by implementation of GST and added that authorities have virtually waged war on people in Kashmir.
In its statement Hurriyat assured all concerned quarters of its active support against these arbitrary laws and measures.
Hurriyat blamed PDP for facilitating these laws and functioning of NIA like agencies & said that the status of disputed nature of state can’t be altered by enforcing NIA, implementing GST, PSA, AFSPA and making people hostage on gun point.
Hurriyat said that Jammu Kashmir is not an issue related to development, instead a problem related to political future of 15 million people.
