18 Daesh terrorists killed in Turkey’s operations in northern Syria

Turkish forces have killed 18 Daesh terrorists during operations in northern Syria over the past 24 hours. According to a statement released by the Turkish army on Sunday, some 130 terrorist targets, including hideouts, defense positions, headquarters, weapons and vehicles were also shelled in the operations. Turkish fighter planes also carried out raids against various terrorist-held positions in al-Bab, destroying ammunition depots, checkpoints, tunnels and nine buildings. Winter carnival gets underway at Patnitop

Livening up the winters in picturesque Patnitop, three day Winter Carnival got underway Sunday attracting tourists in large number. MLA Chenani Dinanath Bhagat formally inaugurated the programme.
