Expressing its deep concern and anguish over the attack on the Kashmiri students in Udhaipour Rajasthan, All Parties Hurriyat Conference criticized the state government for completely failing in stopping the mistreatment and attacks on the Kashmiri students studying outside the state and said that they are merely doing lip service over this issue.

Govt failed to stop attacks on the Kashmiri students outside the state - HurriyatIn a statement issued to GNV .Hurriyat conference said that the Kashmiris are looked with suspicious eyes everywhere in India and they are being harassed and punished for resisting the forced occupation of India. Hurriyat conference also condemned the callous approach of the Udhaipour College administration for targeting the Kashmiri students instead of acting against the attackers and they have been ordered to leave the college.

According to the Hurriyat, the biased role of the college administration is very sorrowful and it vindicates our stand that no place in India is safe for the Kashmiris. Harassing, insulting and abusing them is considered as service to the national cause in this country. Hurriyat conference termed the statement of Nayeem Akther as joke in which he had said that he will probe the attack on the Kashmiri students in Rajasthan.
