Kashmir CM says ‘Complications Expected’ but will complete term

Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed said that “certain complications” were expected while forming alliance with BJP in the state and assured that the coalition government would complete its full term as it is focused on “governance”. Protests in Kashmir leaves 12 injured

Indian forces have fired tear gas and used batons to disperse hundreds of protesters in India-controlled Kashmir. At least 12 people were injured after protests in the capital Srinagar and other parts of the state turned violent after Eid prayers. The J&K Police have foiled a major plan of militants of recruiting at least 14 youths by rescuing them in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
